Kilterset’s story is built on years of product and technology work, long-term client relationships, and teams solving difficult problems together.
Some of those relationships go back to 2010, through Trineo and later Traction on Demand, shaping many of the ways we collaborate, make decisions, and approach complex work today.
When Traction on Demand was acquired by Salesforce in 2022, Kilterset entered a new chapter, carrying that experience forward while building a product and technology company with its own focus and direction.
Today, Kilterset continues to evolve through new people, new projects, and new technologies, while staying grounded in a simple belief: understand the problem, work closely with the people involved, and build with purpose.
